The Look For Less - Under $100

Over on Elle girl I found a Street-Style Look for less that wasn't quite "less"; who (with limited funds) would spend $68 on a skirt? And even if a quality jacket costs you more money, the red jacket probably won't go with many things in your wardrobe (then again, I guess you could wear it with anything, depending on the color). So here is my own version of the Street-Style look.
