Layering For Summer
Just because it's summer doesn't mean that you always have to go out in the same tank top, shorts, and flip flops. I live in the middle of California so I get that it's hot, humid, and/or dry. Layering doesn't always mean piling on clothes, it could mean accessories but it could also mean thinner fabrics so you can pile on the fabric -- if you want.
